School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
The School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is a strategic plan designed to boost student academic success. Developed collaboratively by the School Site Council—which includes parents, school staff, and students, the SPSA outlines clear academic goals, evidence-based strategies, and targeted use of categorical funds to support student learning.
The plan is grounded in a comprehensive needs assessment that draws on current student performance data. It identifies effective instructional programs and research-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of the school community. Each year, the School Site Council reviews and updates the SPSA to ensure that it remains aligned with student needs and drives continuous improvement.
